Legal agreements

SpeedBOX provides services to clients around the world, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available. All SpeedBOX customers are subject to the following terms of service:

Compensation Policy

You agree to use all SpeedBOX services and facilities at your own risk.

In any case, SpeedBOX will be responsible for any damage, loss of data or other commercial damage, including, among others, special, incidental, accidental or other damages.

The customer agrees that he shall defend, indemnify, hold and maintain SpeedBOX of any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including the reasonable fees of attorneys asserted against SpeedBOX, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, who may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to carry out or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees or assignees.

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SpeedBOX against the liabilities arising from any injury to person or property caused by any product sold or distributed by SpeedBOX.

SpeedBOX reserves the right to intervene any of the services hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers.

Invoices and suspensions

SpeedBOX will send an invoice to the Customer's email address for the renewal of the Service 7 days before the Service expires. In addition, 2 reminders will be sent after that..

The Client accepts that if SpeedBOX does not receive the payment on the expiration date, it is no longer obliged to provide the Service and it will be suspended one day after the expiration date..

48 hours after the suspension, SpeedBOX reserves the right to cancel the Service, since we understand that the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal and has deleted the content stored on the servers of SpeedBOX.

If the Client needs additional time to make the payment, he must inform SpeedBOX Support about the situation.

Subscriptions, disputes and Paypal chargebacks

The Client is responsible for managing his/her Paypal subscription(s). If the Customer does not wish to pay more for a service, he must cancel the PayPal subscription(s) related to the service.

If we receive any Paypal dispute or a refund for any payment, the Client's account will be marked as fraud, closed immediately without future communication and all services under the Client's account will be canceled without the possibility of backup.

Overpayments and credits

All extra payments are added in credits to the Client's account and the Client can also add credits to his account manually.

Credits can be used to pay for new orders and will be used automatically to cover all newly generated service invoices. The credits are not reimbursable.


The customer can cancel their service at any time they wish. If the Customer cancels your Service with an immediate cancellation and is not entitled to a refund within our Refund Policy, the service will end within 24 hours, with no refund for the service paid and not used.

If the Customer canceled the Service at the end of the billing period, your Service will be canceled when the Service expires. The cancellation can be withdrawn at any time if the Service has not yet been canceled. If the Customer has an active Paypal subscription related to the canceled service, he / she is responsible for canceling it immediately so that we do not receive any payment in the future.

If we receive payments in the future, they will be added in credits to the Client's account and the credits are not reimbursable.


All our seedbox, vps, and rdp are covered by a 7 day money back policy. You can request any of our seedbox, vps or rdp and use it as proof, if you cancel it within the first 7 days we will refund your money. All reimbursements are issued proportionally depending on what you have used or the number of days the service has been active.

To use this option, you must open a support ticket with this request or simply use Immediate Cancellation in the details of your package in our administrator and write in reason of this cancellation that you want us to return your money.

Your seedbox, vps or rdp will be canceled as soon as we receive your request and then your money will be refunded. NOTICE: This rule does not apply to dedicated servers.

Acceptable use policy

All services provided by SpeedBOX can only be used for legal purposes. The transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any federal, state, municipal or local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: material protected by copyright, material that we consider threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold SpeedBOX and its employees harmless from any claim resulting from the use of the service that damages the Client or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is strictly and actively applied. Offensive content or users are blocked on our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why measures have been taken.

The Client acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that the service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of the service are difficult to determine. Therefore, the Client accepts that the company will not be responsible for the damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.

The Client further acknowledges that the liability of the company for its own negligence can not, in any case, exceed an amount equivalent to the charges payable by the Client for the services during the period in which the damages occurred. In no case will the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.

SpeedBOX as a provider is not responsible for any content stored by the Client on the SpeedBOX servers regardless of the type of content stored or the damages that may be derived from said content.


SpeedBOX does not offer any backup, although it will endeavor to keep the Client's data safe. It is the Client's responsibility to keep the backup copy of their data at all times.

SpeedBOX is not responsible for any loss of data under any circumstances.


Failure to comply with any term or condition may result in the automatic deactivation of the account without possibility of refund.

Changes in the TOS

SpeedBOX reserves the right to update this TOS at any time without prior notice to the Client
